Our teams work hard to deliver you a product of elevated design and quality in a timely manner. However, in case you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may request a return.
  • For all returns, the product must be unused, unwashed and in sellable condition.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all its original tags and labels intact.
  • To claim refund or replacement the customer must send the video of opening the package.

If the product is requested for replacement then we will replace the product within 7 days.

If a product return is requested, the returns will be picked within 4-7 working days. In case of returns, the refunds will be credited to your account within 10-14 working days.

Cancellation Policy Customers can easily cancel their online order within 24 hrs of placing the order, complete amount will be refunded. The partial cancellation of order is also allowed.

The refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be done through NEFT.
